Not banned & back to the first page

I am back to the first page, but on the last result. I try to understand the changes I have been doing and their implications on the search resluts. Amit's hub was also banned and now he's back and he's on the top position. The meta tags I built for clifinar look really good on Google's search results. I try to think that maybe I got too many links to my clifinar blog, or that maybe I used the keyword too much on my posts. I will try to understand that on the next few days and see if there is going to be any progress.
